本机组从基材放送、印刷（凸版一色到八色）、打孔、成筒、粘边、切袋、输送叠袋整个工艺流程一次完成。设备结构合理，PLC控制，印记切割，M折自动上胶，自动化程度高。特别是印刷机采用卫星式结构，减少了每色传动的误差，切版精度高，避免了串版现象。
本机组由双工位放送机、印刷机、粘边打孔机、成筒折边机、热切袋机、输送叠袋机、中缝挤出机、电机控制柜各一部及随机附件备件等机组。
The unit is equipped with advanced mechanical device,electric system throughout the whole production line from substrate feeding,printing,hole puncturing,cylinder froming,side stiking and bag cutting to transferring and bag pilling,which can be completed in a process flow with high automatic degree.Especially the planetary drive is adopted.This greatly reduce the color error of transmission.
The unit is composed of dual working position substrate freeding machine,printing machine,sticking and hole making machine and cylinder form and side folding machine,thermal bag cutting machine,and transferring and bag pilling machine,and plastic extruding machine,electric console and some accessories and parts.
