QFM plastic extruding coating machine
QFM塑料挤出覆膜机组适用聚乙烯、聚丙烯为原料经挤塑成膜复合于塑料编织布、纸类等片材上面，以增加材质的性能，广泛用于化工、造纸、水泥等行业的包装。
本机组配有先进的电气控制系统，各部电机均采用变频器调速，在总控制台上实现各台电机单独调速或同步调速，达到机械部分的和谐统一。挤出机配有真空自动上料机，行走机构，长寿换网等装置；复合部配有预热；收卷部配有横向切刀、半自动换卷装置；各离合辊均为气动控制。更详细的配置见机组配置说明书。
Plastic extruding and Film laminating Unit QFM is designed to laminate the plastic fabric cloth and paper,etc.With the film extruded using PE and PP as materials to enforce the best properties of the material,which has been widely used in the packaging of chemicals,paper-making and cement.
The units is equipped with advanced electric control system.Frequency control of motor on the general switching panel with control synchro.The extruder is outfitted with automatic self-loader,a tunnel for moving unit and long-life net.Dual working potion is equipped with hydraulic automation-correction device,tensile force nuit and half-auto nuits for winding;The composite part has the preheated unit,The winding units is equipped with traversing and half-autounit for changing the roll.Each clutch is controlled by hydraulic units.For getting more details,Please read the booklet of directions for reference.
